I wasn't always unfit and unhealthy, but I definitely didn't care what went into my body for much too long.  Yes, 80% of ones success starts in the kitchen, but the other 20% comes from being consistent and doing effective workouts in the gym. Does that mean killing yourself every day with hour long cardio sessions, 7 days a week?  Gosh no! That's the worse thing you can do.  Your body needs proper rest and recovery, a vital piece of the puzzle!

I started working out to Beachbody home workouts - Core de Force was my very first program.  It's an MMA Boxing style workout that is guaranteed to work up some major sweat and makes you feel pretty badass.  It was what got me hooked to working out consistently, without making anymore excuses. I mean, the workouts were on average 30 minutes, they were fun, challenging, and got me results!  

There are so many more programs to choose from and to meet everyone's fitness and interest level, from beginner to advanced.  Some programs required more equipment than others, and some no equipment at all.

I can definitely get you started on the right track if this is something that interests you.  You will also get me as your personal accountability coach, cheering you on every step of the way!
